Mission Yogurt 401(k)
What is a 401(k) plan?
A 401(k) is a retirement savings and investing plan that gives employees a tax break on money they contribute. If you elect to participate, contributions will be automatically withdrawn from your paycheck and invested in funds of your choosing. 401(k)s have an annual contribution limit of $20,500 or $27,000 for those age 50 or older in 2022.
Who is eligible?
All team members that have been with Mission for more than one year as of January 1, 2022 will be eligible to participate. We will offer a second enrollment period in June for team members that have been with Mission for more than one year as of July 1, 2022.
